As founder & CEO of innso, Nicolas Raffin leads a dedicated team of professionals who provide organizations with the software they need to deliver a seamless customer experience (CX). Prior to this role, Nicolas was CTO of Sitel Group—playing a key role in the company’s international expansion and helping transform the business model by launching a SaaS product (innso) as a spin-off of the group’s services.
He brings over 15 years of experience from different industries including telecom, financial services and customer service. Throughout his career, Nicolas has been passionate about the evolution of user experience (UX) in software. He believes that great UX is vital in delivering seamless CX and unlocking the potential of AI. This emphasis on UX drove Nicolas to build a unified agile agent desktop that’s designed by operations for operations.
Nicolas lives in Miami with his wife and son. He graduated from Sorbonne University in Paris and has a Master’s degree in Computer Science. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and music.
