Agile Customer Service?

Nicolas Raffin, CEO of innso and Amélie Anastassiades, Head of Sales and Customer Relations Policy at Direct Assurance, will be “on stage” on May 18 at the European Customer Day for feedback on the rapid deployment of the innso platform for email management, a channel that is more difficult for the brand because customers are not yet ready (will they one day?) to deal with everything via social networks.
