With the news of COVID-19 (coronavirus) escalating around the world, we wanted to write you directly and inform you of the measures that we have implement within innso, so that we are ready to face any scenario. Innso is closely monitoring the evolution of the situation and following the World Health Organisation’s advice. We want to ensure you have the relevant information from us in terms of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

As a software vendor, business continuity is always a vital part of our jobs. We ensure that our customers are cared for – no matter what crises are occurring around the globe. We are working together to ensure we are supporting our clients operationally all times.
All our employees in France, Germany, Spain, the UK and The United States, are currently working from home and maintaining a safe working environment. All projects are currently stable with no impact. We have all the capability to ensure project delivery and answer to your inquiries.

Our teams are at your disposal, as usual, to respond to your requests and help you configure the platform to meet your business activities. This includes re-planning or re-prioritising tasks if necessary.
