Nicolas Raffin, CEO of innso (formerly Novagile) and Amélie Anastassiades, Head of Sales and Customer Relations Policy at Direct Assurance, will be “on stage” on May 18 at European Customer Day for feedback on the rapid deployment of the innso platform for email management, a channel that can contain more challenges for brands while customers are not yet ready to deal with everything via social networks.
