We are proud to announce that two of our executives have been promoted to new and senior roles within Sitel Group®.
Nicolas Raffin, CEO and co-founder at innso, has been named Chief Technology Officer – Software R&D for Sitel Group.
He is now not only reponsible for leading the design, development, engineering and tech delivery of the innso customer service software suite, but also for for all CX Technology products within Sitel Group. He also leads the integration roadmap for Sitel Group technology partner products.
Ana Athayde, innso’s General Manager, is now the Global Head of CX Technology for Sitel Group.
She will define the go-to-market strategy, build the global technology roadmap, lead the development of technology partnerships and alliances, and drive sales, solutions, and delivery of the group’s CX Technology products and partner products.
A global customer service technology offer from Sitel Group
Nicolas founded innso in 2014 with Sitel Group President, CEO & Co-Founder Laurent Uberti, and Sitel Group Global CTO David Slaviero. Their aim, then as now, was to bring innovation and agility to customer service. Today, numerous customers have adopted innso software and appreciate its truly operations-centered approach.
